- It is very important that you read the terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation at Ventura Park.
- The total amount of your booking will be charged to your card at the time of your reservation.
- Payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards: The charge will be processed through the OPENPAY payment platform.
- Payments made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express: the charge will be made in U.S. dollars. The possible conversion to another currency will be carried out under the current exchange rate from your bank.
- Your statement will reflect the charge under the name of Tagepa SA de CV.
- Please notice there are not refunds over discounted prices.
- All modifications or changes take at least 24 hours in advance of the confirmed date of your visit.

- Any change or cancellation in case of apply must be requested by email to contactus@venturapark.com at least 24 hours in advance.

If the change or modification is not requested at least 24 hours in advance, it will be considered as No show and the payment will not be refundable.
- A 10% penalty corresponding to administrative expenses will be applied to any reservation in which a refund applies according to the terms and conditions.
- Refunds do not apply to reservations paid with promotional price or discounts.
- No refund will be applied for advances of incomplete reservations.

Children must have at least 3 years of age to participate in the activities or, where applicable, comply with the requirements of minimum height at each attraction.
Ventura Park makes every effort so that our visitors with special needs are comfortable. However, you should contact our reservations staff before you make your purchase to explain the type of assistance required to guarantee that these needs could be satisfied.
It is necessary that the holder of the credit card with which the payment was made, be present with an official identification with photograph. If not, the reservation is invalid.

•Kids from 0 to 2 years old don’t pay admission.
•Kid’s price from 3 to 11 years old.
•Over 12 years adult price.
•Children must be at least 6 years of age to participate in any dolphin program and must be accompanied in the water by a paid adult in the same program.
•Any guest under the age of 18 must have all release forms signed by a parent/legal guardian.
•Parents should take into account that their child will be in direct contact with large animals in water that is approximately 3-feet deep.
•The minimum age to participate in the Trainer for a Day program (TFD) is 12 years.
•The minimum height for all guests is 4 ft. (1.22 m4 ft.) and must be able to swim in order to participate in our programs.
•Dolphin Land Experience, Children must be at least 3 years of age and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There must be a responsible adult for each child in your group who is under 4 feet tall.
•Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in our dolphin programs.
•Cameras and other personal items are not allowed in the lagoon areas.
•Companions, visitors and non-paying guests are not allowed to enter the lagoon areas.
•Service animals are not allowed to enter the lagoon areas.
•Weapons including knives are not permitted to be taken into the park.
•Smoking is not permitted.
